SPECIFICATIONS:

DIMENSIONS
This machine is approximately 134" in overall length, 80" wide outside, and has an overall height of 116".  The height, from the ground to the center of the blower housing, is approximately 52".  The height, from the ground to the top of the blower housing, is approximately 72".  The total weight of the machine is approximately 3600#.

TRAILER

The main frame is constructed of 4" of 5.4# channel and the sheet steel material is 130" in overall length and 79" in overall width.  The trailer has 2 semi-elliptical leaf springs with a 2,500# capacity each.  Trailer type axles have a minimum of 3” in diameter with a 6,000# capacity.  It is equipped with two steel disc type wheels with Timken tapered roller bearings.  The tires shall be 7:00-15, 6 ply, tubeless type highway tread.  The pintle-hook trailer tongue has an adjustable height with manual adjustment from 16" to 32".  It is equipped with 3.5" square tubing that is adjustable from 48" to 84" with an eyebolt pintle- hook type drawbar. A safety chain from the trailer to tongue for extra safety if the tie down pin brake or come out.  Furnished is a top screw, adjustable parking jack with a swiveling caster wheel.  The trailer has three safety chains of 3/8" proof coil chain, and are at least 24”to 36" long with chain hooks.

 
POWER UNIT
The engine is a Used Ford 300 cubic inch 6-cylinder or any used motor that is in stock, water-cooled, that develops both 126 H.P. at 3000 RPM. The Used Diesel Motor could be John Deere, Cummins, Perkins, Caterpillar, and anything else. The power unit is mounted on an adjustable structural steel base.  The engine has a 12-volt electrical system with a starter and 60-amp alternator.  A heavy-duty battery is included.  The power unit includes a dry air-cleaner, 20-gallon fuel tank, and muffler.  Radiator is protected by a louvered and perforated radiator screen.  The engine is enclosed with two lockable doors.  Engine controls consist of a start and stop switch, a voltmeter, a temperature gauge (automatic, high temperature shutdown), an oil pressure gauge (automatic, low-pressure shutdown), and throttle control.  All controls are panel mounted.  The power unit has a P.T.O. with a 10" or 11” Twin Disc or Automotive clutch.  The blower unit is driven from the P.T.O. with one common back belt.  A steel belt guard is provided to cover the “V” belt.

BLOWER ASSEMBLY

The blower housing is constructed of #7 and #10 gauge material with a 1/4" plate, full wrap-around, replaceable, abrasive-resistant liner, and a structural angle base.  The liner is held in place by bolts.  The housing has the following minimum dimensions: 47" high, 45" long, 15" wide, 19" intake opening, and a 14" x 16" exhaust opening.  The blower assembly exhausts at 45 degrees from the vertical position.  The fan assembly consists of six blades of 3/8" steel plate AR-400F with a Brinell hardness exceeding 400. The fan is electrically welded to a heavy fabricated steel rotor. The blades have no less than a 25” diameter and a 12.5” width.  The fan is statically and dynamically balanced and has an approved blower capacity that is not less than 19,000 Plus cubic feet per minute.  The fan assembly is mounted on a 2-3/16" diameter shaft running on two, large, sealed, self-aligning, pillow block bearings. 

EXHAUST ASSEMBLY
Consists of a discharge duct of no less than #12 gauge material for the sides and bottom.  The top plate is fabricated from 3/16" material for longer wear. Connected to the discharge duct is a horizontal duct of no less than #12 gauge material.  The discharge opening is a 16" round exhaust duct. The 16" round exhaust duct is connected to a 16” diameter by four foot rubber exhaust hose with a 2” nylon strap and ratchet.  The exhaust assembly is mounted to the blower assembly by bolts.  At the level position the bottom of the exhaust tube is 92” to 98” from the ground and extends 12” to 18” past the center of the pintle hitch.

UTILITY HOSE

The utility hose has a 16" diameter Flx-Thane hose for maximum suction efficiency and is at least 10 ft. long.  The hose is wire-wound, hose with special, abrasive-resistant lining.  For easy operating of the utility hose, an electric over-hydraulic pump activates a hydraulic cylinder of at least 2" x 16" and connects to a tubular boom assembly.  The operator’s handle assembly has the “THUMB-TOUCH” control switch to raise or lower the utility hand hose during the operation of the leaf loader.  Also located on the operator’s handle is an engine “kill” button.

LIGHTING

Trailer is equipped with standard stop, turn, and parking lights with a Round Six Pole Trailer Connector. 

PAINT

Trailer is primed and painted.  Standard color is equipment yellow.

WARRANTY

A two-year warranty covering the leaf vacuum for workmanship and materials is included with the machine.
