Unconditional Guarantee

           DinkMar, Inc. stands behind its leaf collection equipment 100%.  If purchaser not pleased or satisfied in the quality and performance of DinkMar’s leaf collection equipment within 30 days after delivery, DinkMar will refund the full purchase price to the purchaser and have the unit returned to DinkMar at no cost to the purchaser.

For two years from date of shipment, DinkMar Inc. will replace for the original purchaser, free of charge any part or parts returned to our factory, transportation charges prepaid, and found to be defective under normal use and service because of defects in material or workmanship.  This guarantee is not effective if the product has been subjected to misuse, negligence or accident.  Charges for field service, labor or other expense not previously authorized and approved by us in writing will not be accepted.

We do not guarantee components furnished by other manufacturers such as; pumps, valves, power take offs, controls, motors, engines, etc. used with our products.  They are, for the most part, guaranteed by their manufacturers.  The terms, conditions and period of their guarantees are not necessarily identical with ours and while we will assist the customer if necessary, we do not underwrite their guarantee.   (Component

Manufacturer’s guarantee available upon request.)If the purchaser should use or allow to be used on our products, parts not made or supplied by us, this guarantee shall become void. This guarantee applies only to products made and/or supplied by us and does not apply to other products not made or supplied by us to which our product may be attached, such as trucks.  We accept no responsibility for damages to such other products even if our product contributed to the damage of the other product.  We are not responsible to any purchaser of our products for any representation or guarantee made by dealers, or anyone other than us, beyond those herein stipulated. Reserved Rights DinkMar Inc. reserves the right to make changes or improvements on its products without incurring any liability or obligation whatsoever and without being required to make corresponding changes or improvements on products heretofore manufactured or sold.
